Data sources and licences

The curriculum map in Whyland (its micro-topics, prerequisite links, descriptions and domain summaries) is adapted from the Skill Taxonomy (v1), © Generative Spark, Inc., https://withmarble.com. The database is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0 and its text under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0.

What we changed

Removed 80 topics that matter less today and rewired their prerequisite links.
Added 99 new topics on emotional skills and future skills.
Rewrote punctuation, replaced child-name placeholders and added child-friendly explanations, questions and activities.

The adapted curriculum database is shared under the same ODbL 1.0 licence, and adapted text under CC BY-SA 4.0. Our own explanations, questions, activities, labs, artwork and code are original to Whyland.

Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (the national curriculum in England).
